Og Remember
Remember the Lord thy God, how far He has brought you, the mighty work He has wrought in you and through you. Remember how He has led you, guided you. Remember and give thanks,
Remember and keep trusting,
Remember and stay focused.
Remember. Remember His words that kept you.
Remember His hands pruning the ugly. Remember.

Remember and rejoice
Remember and be glad. For He changeth not.
Remember His sacrifice and live in awe. Only remember daily the Lord
Remember and live in remembrance.
Remember and observe.
Remember Og. Remember all He has done for you.

During my communion time I got juice from a portion I had read before. I for one have read that portion…yup times before. On this day it told me something old, yet something fresh: Remember Him

It takes no effort to remember Him when we are walking through the valley..Guess that is because we realise only He can bring us through stronger and better all ways. At the mountain top….aha! therein lies the heart of the story, to remember Him a very conscious decision. With everything moving smoothly, by nature we tend to fall into the charm of I got it going by me, need nobody but me…

In that charm we lose the very essence of the valley, that we should not forget our sources over the pleasures of the resources He lavishes upon us. To remember Him is to live, to secure the mountain top life. For the place of the valley is to bring us to the point of placing Him, our source in His rightful position —over the resources.

So from Gen to Rev, we find like a broken piece, a radio on repeat, a call to us to remember Him: when we have eaten and are satisfied, when we have built our mansions, when all we do is prospering on every side…. Remember Him who gave it all and be thankful.

And you shall remember that the Lord your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. Deuteronomy 8:2

Beware that you do not forget the Lord your God by not keeping His commandments, His judgments, and His statutes which I command you today. Deuteronomy 8:11

And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. Deuteronomy 8: 18
